Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are sourced from many suppliers and are both manufactured and designed in various places around the world. We pride ourselves on our ability to offer predominately European or Australian products that comply with Australian standards and never compromise on quality and design.
Are your products quality assured?
Of course, a lot of time is given to extensively researching all of our products and suppliers. We ensure that we regularly receive updates and training, resulting in our complete confidence that all of our products that we supply are of the highest standard. All of our products offer warranties that are often high above the industry standard.
Why are some products sold by consultation only?
Many of our products can be sold with various options, or need to meet various structural requirements prior to installation. What methods of payment do you accept?
Payments can be made via PayPal, credit card or cash payments in store. We do have the facilities to take deposits and payments over the phone should you wish to contact us to discuss your selection prior to placing an order. Please take into consideration that payments made with Amex will incur an additional 3% charge. Credit Card details are not retained at any time and will be required again for each additional payment made.
Why is my item not available to be shipped via online order?
Some bulky items (basins/toilets/baths), do not qualify for standard online shipping. If you would like to have one of these items shipped to you please contact us and one of our experienced team members will advise you of the shipping cost and process your order.
What are your delivery charges?
Delivery charges will vary depending on the characteristics of the items that you have purchased. You can view our shipping costs in your shopping cart or contact our showroom at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss costs with one of our team members. You can be assured that we strive to keep in any shipping costs to a minimum, however please take into consideration that some purchases under $150 may incur a shipping fee from our supplier.
Do all products come with a Warranty?
Yes, the majority of our products come with an extensive warranty ranging between five and thirty years. It is best to view individual warranties that are listed below each item as they will vary between suppliers and products.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Please retain your warranty documents and invoice as proof of purchase. All suppliers offer exceptional after sales service and can assist you with your claims. For any enquiries related to warranty claims please contact our showroom at email@example.com.
Can I return an item?
Non-custom order items may be returned to Design Bathware. These items will need to be in saleable condition and in their original packaging. You may either return the items to store in person, or arrange your own courier to return the items. Returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you need any clarification please refer to our terms and conditions.
What can I do if something is wrong with my order?
Please contact us immediately if something is wrong with your order as you have thirty days from the date of your goods arriving in store to make a claim. All of our items are thoroughly checked over prior to leaving our warehouse.
Can you help me with installation of my products?
Yes we certainly can help you with the plumbing installation of your products in our local area. We are partnered with Fairy Meadow Plumbing who has been providing quality assured plumbing services to the Illawarra Region for over thirty years. This also means that we can answer any plumbing related questions prior to your purchase. We aim to provide you with as much technical and installation material as possible and many suppliers will be happy to answer any questions that you may have also.
I need a spare part, what should I do?
You may contact us via phone or email with any inquiries. Please retain your receipt of purchase in order to assist our helpful showroom staff in pointing you in the right direction. Alternatively, you can contact our suppliers after sales teams to arrange for spare parts for items purchased in-store or online.
Can I customise a product?
Yes, whether it’s mixed finishes, sizing or something a little more complex many of our suppliers are happy to work with you to make sure you have the perfect result that you desire in your bathroom or kitchen.
